The South Carolina Society of Medical Assistants (SCSMA) will be hosting the 53rd  Annual Conference March 13th to March 16th, 2025.  The conference will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Anderson – 115 Destination Blvd, Anderson, SC  29621.

EXHIBITS:

Exhibitors who wish to provide a booth for information/supplies/equipment - Will be provided with a skirted table, 2 chairs and electricity (if requested below**). 

Hours of exhibits are:  Set-up on Thursday, March 13th, (9:00 am to 10:00 am). Ribbon cutting is on Friday, March 14th at 7:45 am. Exhibits close at 5:00 pm.  Saturday, March 15th, (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). 

All booths will be listed in the official program.  You are encouraged to offer a prize at your individual booth.  You are responsible for announcing the winner.

 

PRICING:

Total price for all three days is $175.00 per booth.   Full payment for each booth application/contract must be received by February 1, 2025.  No refunds after February 10, 2025.  Payment should be made payable to:  SCSMA and mailed to the address listed below.
